Johan Smal

Johan Smal has been working in the tech industry since 2014. Johan started as a student at Haumann Smal Design Studio in 2014, then moved to Zoe IT Solutions as a Junior/Intern Web Developer in 2015. In the same year, they also worked as a Project Coordinator/Intern at Lumico (Pty) Ltd. In 2017, they worked as both a Web Developer and a Junior Frontend Web Developer at Babylonstoren. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at SovTech, where they were part of the Daas department and solo developed matching software for Fincheck & Fundinghub. Currently, they are a Full Stack Developer at Presspage.

Johan Smal attended Paul Roos Gymnasium from 2010 to 2014. In 2016, they began attending Stellenbosch University, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
