Brian Gurewitz

Brian Gurewitz is an experienced sales and business development professional with over two decades in the publishing and library sales sectors. Currently serving as the Group Sales Agent Manager at PressReader since June 2020, Gurewitz manages a team of sales agents across the Americas and focuses on expanding public and academic library sales in the United States and Latin America. Previously, as the Director of International Sales & Business Development at Bolinda, Gurewitz directed sales expansion plans for Asia and Europe and conducted a comprehensive study of the North American public library marketplace. Gurewitz's career also includes roles at Amazon as the Marketing & Library Sales Manager, where strategic sales and marketing plans were implemented for audio products, and OverDrive, Inc. as the Director of Content Sales, where significant sales growth was achieved. Gurewitz also had a long tenure at Penguin Random House as the President of the Library Sales BOT division, where the library audiobook market was developed. Gurewitz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from San Diego State University.
