Mike Cai

Mike Cai is an experienced professional in the hospitality and media industries, currently serving as the China Authorized Agent for NewspaperDirect since January 2013, where responsibilities include introducing the "PressReader Hotel Zone" digital product to hotel guests. Prior to NewspaperDirect, Mike held various managerial roles including Front Office Manager at Twelve at Hengshan, Assistant Front Office Manager at Le Royal Meridien Shanghai, and Chief Concierge positions at The St. Regis Shanghai and Novotel Atlantis Shanghai, among others. His extensive experience encompasses guest services, team training, budget management, and operational enhancements, with significant achievements including winning first prize for a Six Sigma project. Mike's journey in hospitality began as a PA and Room Attendant at Crown Plaza Hotel Shanghai, following an education in Hotel Service.
