Adrian Green

Adrian Green has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Adrian started their career in 1992 as a Creative Services Executive at Carlson Marketing. Adrian then worked as a Creative Services Manager at Sheard Thomson Harris and later at Bernard Hodes Group. Adrian also freelanced as a Creative Services Manager at Barkers Advertising before establishing their own business called PressurePoint Corporate Health in 2000, where they offered health and well-being services to corporate clients. In 2003, Adrian founded PressurePoint and served as the Founder and Managing Director. Adrian also had a role as Joint Managing Partner at PressurePoint GB LLP during this time. Recently, Adrian joined the Association for Coaching in 2021 as part of the UK Regional Leadership Team, contributing their expertise in engagement and storytelling.

Adrian Green has a diverse education history. In 1986, they attended the University of Bedfordshire, where they studied Business Studies and Advertising until 1988. Prior to that, they attended Ilford County High from 1979 to 1986. In 2002, Adrian attended the Centre for Coaching, focusing on Coaching Personal, Executive, and Performance Coaching. In 2006 and 2007, they studied at Landmark, although the specific field of study is unknown. In 2008, Adrian obtained a Cultural Orientation Framework degree in Cross Cultural Coaching at Coaching across Cultures in Brussels. In 2010, they pursued the MBTI step I and II at OKA/CAPT, specializing in Psychometric studies. In 2011, they focused on Psychometrics with a study of Firo B at OPP. Lastly, in 2012, Adrian attended Roche Martin, where they studied Psychometrics - Emotional Intelligence ECR (EQ).
