Laure D. boasts extensive experience in customer care, project management, and technical support across various organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Care representative at PrestaShop since January 2022, Laure has also been involved with the Organization for Transformative Works since 2019, where responsibilities include managing a team of 250 volunteers and overseeing documentation and training.
