Richard Ross

Richard Ross is an innovative consultant and lecturer specializing in semiconductor analytical laboratory management, leadership development, and technology management. They served as an Ordnance Officer in the United States Army, where they received two Bronze Star Medals for Meritorious Service. As an engineer and manager at IBM for nearly four decades, Ross drove key projects in process and product development, while also pioneering corporate-wide technical conferences. Since 2007, they have been self-employed, providing expert advice and education in various sectors, and they continue to serve on the advisory board of Presto Engineering. Ross holds a BSEE from the University of New Hampshire and an MS in Engineering Management from National Technological University.
