Preston Baker was founded in 2008 by cousins Ian Preston and James Baker. With one branch and two staff members, they launched in Yorkshire as a franchise of Bairstow Eves at the beginning of what would prove to be one of the most challenging periods to the UK property market.

Bucking market trends, their business expanded to four branches by 2011, when they decided to become an independent agency and rebranded the firm as Preston Baker Estate and Letting Agents.

Preston Baker's reputation for delivering proactive, first-class service using innovative marketing techniques and cutting edge technology has been confirmed by the Sunday Times Estate Agency Awards for 2013: the judges named Preston Baker as the Northern Estate Agency of the Year, and the Best Small Estate Agency in the country. You can read the full story HERE and the judges' report.

The company now has six branches and an online sales team that covers ALL of Yorkshire. Our success is down to fulfilling our three core commitments to all clients:
•Achieving the best possible price for your property
•Ensuring that your sale proceeds at the time most convenient for you
•Providing first-class direct communication and feedback at all times
