Rosa Braden

Rosa Braden has extensive experience in healthcare and customer service roles, currently working as an Admissions Associate at University Hospitals Rehabilitation Hospital since April 2017. Rosa has been with Preterm since December 2012, serving as an Intake/Hall/Patient Advocate and Medical Receptionist, responsible for patient registration and financial processing. Previous positions include Customer Service Associate and Online Banking Specialist at Third Federal Savings and Loans from July 2007 to December 2012, and Customer Service Representative at AT&T from August 1994 to June 2005. Rosa is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration at Purdue Global, expected to complete in June 2024, and has also attended Ursuline College between 2013 and 2014.
