Dan Luker

Dan Luker is a corporate/business attorney and director with extensive experience in business law, acquisitions, bankruptcy, creditor's rights, and commercial and real estate related litigation. Dan has been with Preti Flaherty since April 2000 and was a partner at Sulloway & Hollis, PLLC prior to that. Dan is a past member of the Preti Flaherty Management Committee and holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. in English Literature from Hamilton College.
