Eric Osterberg

Eric Osterberg serves as the Director and IP Practice Chair at Preti Flaherty, focusing on intellectual property and information technology litigation, licensing, counseling, and prosecution since October 2023. Prior to this role, Osterberg founded Osterberg LLC, where responsibilities included intellectual property and federal court business litigation, software licensing, and commercial contracts from April 2012 to October 2023. Osterberg has extensive experience as a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP and Dreier LLP, handling intellectual property and commercial litigation, and has also held roles at Pastore Osterberg LLC, Pitney Hardin LLP, Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP, Hall Dickler Kent Friedman & Wood LLP, and Abeles Clark Osterberg and Prager. Osterberg obtained a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a B.A. in History from Northwestern University.
