Tim McCormack is a whistleblower lawyer and mediator with extensive experience in representing whistleblowers in qui tam lawsuits under U.S. and state laws, as well as SEC and IRS programs. They have successfully helped recover hundreds of millions for various governments. With a background in managed care and law, Tim has served as Partner at several prestigious law firms and has clerked for esteemed judges. Currently, Tim is Of Counsel at Preti Flaherty and mediates for the Maine Agricultural Mediation Program and Maine Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Services, while also serving as a Public Member on the Maine Board of Pharmacy. Tim earned an A.B. from Harvard University, a JD from the University of Maine School of Law, and completed a mediation course at the London School of Mediation.
