Robert Seay

Robert Seay currently serves as the Director of Automation and Technical Services at Pretium Packaging, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions at Amcor, including Senior Project Manager and Engineering Manager, from April 2022 to June 2025. Robert's career also includes experience as a Controls Engineer at SourceLink Solutions and SEC Design Technologies, as well as roles in engineering and maintenance at Tishma Technologies LLC, Colborne Foodbotics, Powernail Company, Inc., and Runyard Enterprises. Robert began a career in the HVAC field, working as an HVAC Technician from May 2003 to November 2008. Education includes an Associate of Science in Mechatronics and Automation and a Commercial HVAC certification from the College of Lake County, along with an Associate of Arts in General Studies.
