Jamie Frey

Jamie Frey serves as a Senior Recruiter at Pretium since July 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the entire recruitment process, developing efficient workflows, and enhancing the candidate experience through technology. Prior to this role, Jamie was a Recruiting Supervisor, leading a team to achieve recruitment goals. Experience also includes working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wyndham Capital Mortgage, where Jamie revamped the interviewing process and trained hiring managers, and as a Recruiting Manager at The Creative Group, managing permanent placements in creative roles. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
