Kyle Mitts, CFA, currently serves as Managing Director and Co-Head of U.S. Real Estate Acquisitions and Portfolio Manager at Pretium, a position held since January 2021. Prior to this, Kyle held the role of Managing Director at Paceline Equity Partners from September 2018 to January 2021, focusing on sourcing and executing real estate equity investments. From February 2010 to March 2018, Kyle was also a Managing Director at Lone Star Funds, with similar responsibilities in real estate investments. Earlier in the career, Kyle worked as an Investment Banking Senior Analyst at Merrill Lynch, where advisory services included M&A and financial modeling, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bear Stearns & Co. Kyle earned a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University’s M.J. Neeley School of Business.
