McKenzie Cloak

McKenzie Cloak currently serves as Vice President of Legal & Compliance at Pretium, a position held since July 2021, having previously worked as a Legal & Compliance Associate. Prior experience includes various roles at The Blackstone Group from September 2013 to July 2021, notably as an Associate in Legal & Compliance, Compliance Project Analyst, and Administrative Assistant. McKenzie began a career in public relations as a Public Relations Intern at Rogers & Cowan in early 2012. McKenzie earned a Juris Doctor from New York Law School, focusing on Business and Financial Law, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Radio and Television with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
