Baptiste G. has been working in various roles since 2009. 🙋‍♂️ Baptiste started as an Assistant Commercial at Oc\u00e9an D\u00e9veloppement, where they created an argumentation for prospecting new B2B clients, identified their needs and proposed adapted contacts. 🙋‍♂️ Baptiste then moved to Librairie l'Armiti\u00e8re in 2013, where they worked as a Responsable de vente \u00e0 terme B2C / B2B - Librairie polyvalent, handling the commercial management of the site, sending and following up on orders and devising, ordering, invoicing and sending books. In 2016, they became the Responsable de magasin at IGN (Institut national de l'information g\u00e9ographique et foresti\u00e8re), where they were in charge of receipts and monthly balance sheets to the General Directorate of Public Finances, as well as administrative and management tasks. 🙋‍♂️ Baptiste then moved to Groupe Eyrolles in 2017, working as a Charg\u00e9 de client\u00e8le, where they were responsible for customer loyalty and value creation for B2B and public markets (Rectorate of Paris, University of Franche-Comt\u00e9). 🙋‍♂️ Baptiste answered questions, comments and requests from customers and sent and followed up on orders. Finally, they have been the Customer Care Manager at Pretto since 2019.

Baptiste G. completed a Master Recherche Cinéma from Université Bordeaux Montaigne (ex - Bordeaux 3) in 2010, where they studied Approches interculturelles. Prior to this, they obtained a Licence from Université de Poitiers in 2007, where they studied Étude du cinéma.
