Hester van Dijk is the designer and owner of Overtreders W, a company focused on creating sustainable and demountable architecture. Hester is also the founder, co-owner, and creative director of Pretty Plastic, a company that upcycles discarded building products into cladding material. Hester has been involved in various roles such as being a jury member for Frame Awards, an art director at Dutch Design Week, a guest teacher at Gerrit Rietveld Academie, and has also completed internships at Edouard Francois and Hollandse Nieuwe. Hester holds a Bachelor's Degree in Man and Living from Design Academy Eindhoven.
