Daniel Small

Daniel Small has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Daniel is currently the Director of Operations at Icebox Cafe, LC since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Corporate Executive Chef at Icebox Pantry, LLC starting from July 2021. Daniel also held the position of Vice President Executive Board at MIAMI-DADE REEF-GUARD ASSOCIATION INC starting from January 2019. Daniel has also served as an Advisory Board Director at Photofy and Chief Culinary Officer at Prevailing Path in 2018. From 2017 to 2022, Daniel was the Chief Innovation Officer at Bremen Capital Group and President & CEO at Spice Society from August 2017 to June 2021. Daniel also worked as the Vice President and Culinary Director at Gourmet Kosher from June 2013 to June 2021. Daniel gained experience in business development roles at Cheney Brothers Inc from August 2011 to June 2013 and Sysco South Florida, Inc. from June 2009 to July 2011.

Daniel Small attended Penn State Harrisburg from 1996 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Following their time at Penn State, they enrolled in Johnson & Wales University in 1997 and completed a program in Culinary Arts by 1998.
