Daniel Small has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Daniel is currently the Director of Operations at Icebox Cafe, LC since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Corporate Executive Chef at Icebox Pantry, LLC starting from July 2021. Daniel also held the position of Vice President Executive Board at MIAMI-DADE REEF-GUARD ASSOCIATION INC starting from January 2019. Daniel Small attended Penn State Harrisburg from 1996 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Following their time at Penn State, they enrolled in Johnson & Wales University in 1997 and completed a program in Culinary Arts by 1998.
