Tom Cornell

Tom Cornell has extensive experience in the energy sector, having held leadership positions at multiple prestigious companies. At Progress Energy, Tom served as General Manager for Fleet Modernization Projects, overseeing major capital projects with an annual budget of approximately $1 billion. Transitioning to Toshiba International Corporation, Tom directed business development efforts for Power Systems in North America, managing proposals and negotiations. As VP of Sales & Business Development at Toshiba America Energy Systems, Tom led initiatives for various energy projects. Tom also held significant roles at Mitsubishi Power Americas and Entergy, focusing on project development and management. Additionally, Tom has served as the Chairman of the Board for TurbinePROs and currently leads Prevalon as President & CEO. Tom's academic background includes a degree from Cornell University, earned from 1985 to 1989.
