Roy Turner serves as the Executive Director of the North Carolina Athletic Administrators' Association (NCADA) since July 2016 and as the Regional Supervisor of Officials for the Eastern Basketball Officials Association (EBOA) since September 2015. Roy Turner earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health and Physical Education from East Carolina University and North Carolina A&T between 1974 and 1979.
