Stephan Schmidt

Stephan Schmidt has a diverse work experience in software development, with their most recent role being the Head of Software Development at Preventicus GmbH since October 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Mobile Application Developer at Schneider Electric from December 2015 to September 2017. Stephan also held the position of Technology Lead at Idea Rebel from April 2014 to December 2015, and was the Lead Mobile Developer at the same company from July 2011 to March 2014. Stephan has also worked as an Objective C Developer at Conquer Mobile Inc for a brief period in 2011. Earlier in their career, Stephan held roles as a Software Engineer at Appspin Software Inc. from October 2009 to April 2011, a Java Developer at Calgoo Software from September 2008 to April 2009, and a Java Developer at Thuringia University State Library from August 2006 to August 2008.

Stephan Schmidt pursued their education at Friedrich Schiller University Jena from 2003 to 2010. During this period, they obtained their Diplom (Master) degree in the field of Wirtschaftsinformatik (business informatics). In 2018, they further enhanced their expertise by earning the certification of Certified Professional for Medical Software from the International Software Quality Institute.
