Bledion Vladi

Bledion Vladi has a diverse work experience that spans both entrepreneurial and non-profit roles. Bledion is currently the Founder and Chief Product Officer of Preventio, a start-up focused on developing AI-based solutions to predict and prevent building damages. Prior to this, Bledion founded and served as the Executive Director of Growunited, a non-profit organization promoting civil society and democratic participation. Bledion also co-founded and served as the Country Director of MasterPeace, where they implemented over 30 intercultural and peace projects. Additionally, Bledion worked at Thinkport GmbH as a Business Development professional, where they built the marketing department and contributed to internal processes. Bledion co-founded The Story Store, an online store that aimed to connect people through storytelling, and founded Wir lernen Deutsch, a project that taught German to refugees and migrants. Bledion also worked as a Consulting Project Team Leader at Basler Versicherungen Deutschland, where they collaborated on a real-life consulting case. Bledion's work experiences demonstrate their passion for entrepreneurship, social impact, intercultural work, and community development.

Bledion Vladi pursued their education at various institutions. From 2015 to 2018, they attended accadis International School Bad Homburg, where they completed their International Baccalaureate. Subsequently, Bledion Vladi enrolled at accadis Hochschule Bad Homburg, from 2018 to 2021, to obtain their Bachelor's degree in Digital Business Management. Additionally, in 2020, they pursued the field of Rhetoric: The Art of Persuasive Writing and Public Speaking at Harvard University.
