Brian Shemwell

Brian Shemwell has been working in the sleep apnea industry since 2013. Brian started out as a territory manager for NovaSom, Inc., a company that provides out-of-center sleep testing (OCST) for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in the home. In this role, they were responsible for increasing awareness of the disease and identifying appropriate patients for testing.

In 2015, Brian left NovaSom to become an advisor at PreventScripts. In this role, they work with payers, employers, primary care providers, and sleep specialists to combat the OSA epidemic. Brian also partners with sleep centers to expand access to diagnosis and treatment. Brian is accredited by the Joint Commission as an Ambulatory Care Sleep Diagnostic Center & Telehealth Provider and is approved by CMS as an Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility.

Brian Shemwell has a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Murray State University.
