Rob has their own company, The Followell Company, LLC, which provides services in the areas of business development, marketing, and public relations. Rob Followell is also a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach.

Rob Followell has a Master's Degree in Health Administration from the University of Kentucky.
