Eva Mateos González is a seasoned professional in talent management, currently serving as the General Director of People at GRUPO PREVING, where they lead a team of 14 and drive the integration of numerous projects across the company. With a background in Psychology, including a Diploma in Behavioral-Cognitive Psychology and multiple master’s degrees, Eva transitioned from aspiring therapist to organizational leader, dedicated to her mission of helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals. They have previously held the role of Training Director at ITAE Business School, managing internal training across various sectors. Eva values the importance of healthy organizational environments and believes in the inherent value of every individual.
