Mingfu Guan

Mingfu Guan is a professional with extensive experience in water and environmental engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Research and Development at Previsico since September 2020 and as an Assistant Professor at The University of Hong Kong since September 2018, Mingfu has contributed significantly to the field. Prior roles include Postdoc Research Fellow at Aalto University, Natural Resources Institute Finland, University of Leeds, and Loughborough University from November 2013 to June 2018, as well as a PhD Researcher at the University of Leeds from October 2010 to October 2013. Mingfu also held a position as a Part-time Research Assistant at the University of Leeds - JBA Trust between December 2012 and May 2013. Mingfu holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Water and Environmental Engineering from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Engineering and Master's degree in Hydraulic and Hydropower Engineering from Dalian University of Technology.
