PREVOLY is a medically-led metabolic transformation company built on three pillars: Medicine, Mind, and Metabolism.
We exist because metabolic conditions — fatty liver disease, Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, obesity, PCOS, and metabolic syndrome — are not lifestyle inconveniences. They are clinical realities that demand clinical solutions. Yet millions across India, the Middle East, and the global South Asian diaspora receive fragmented care: a doctor here, a diet plan there, and no one connecting the dots.
PREVOLY connects the dots.
Co-founded by a Consultant Pathologist and a Psychotherapist, we integrate medical management, psychological support, and precision nutrition into a single, cohesive transformation journey. This is not a wellness app. This is not a calorie counter. This is metabolic medicine — delivered with warmth, backed by evidence, and designed for lasting change.
Our approach:
🔬 Medicine — Physician-led clinical oversight, metabolic risk stratification, and evidence-based protocols aligned with WHO, ADA, and NICE standards.
🧠 Mind — Psychotherapist-guided behavioural and emotional support, because sustainable change starts in the mind.
🥗 Metabolism — Precision nutrition frameworks tailored to your biology, not a generic meal plan.
We serve clients across India and the GCC (UAE, KSA), with a focus on the South Asian diaspora worldwide — communities disproportionately affected by metabolic disease.
