Todd H. is a highly experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Services for Greater Philadelphia at Prevu since December 2019, holding multiple Broker of Record positions across several states. As Co-principal at Nito Capital since January 2013, Todd H. focuses on GP and LP investing in real estate development and cash flow deals. Prior experience includes serving as Principal and Broker of Record at Luminous Realty PA, a boutique brokerage in Philadelphia and New York City. Additionally, Todd H. has a background as a musician, having participated in various musical projects from 1998 to 2007. Educated at New York University with a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment, and a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from UC Santa Barbara, Todd H. also attended Middle East Technical University and graduated from Princeton Day School.
