Flora Mintus is a User Experience Researcher at Prezi, where responsibilities include selecting and applying appropriate research methodologies and designing surveys for actionable user insights since June 2021. Previously, Flora served as a Recruitment Specialist and Project Manager at AIESEC in Hungary from January 2020 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes the role of Volunteer Coordinator at the National Youth Council Moldova, focusing on volunteer recruitment, talent induction, and KPI tracking from September 2017 to March 2019, along with participation in the event organizing team for the National Youth Festival. Flora holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from Eötvös Loránd University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Corvinus University of Budapest.
