Aran Flanagan

Aran Flanagan is the Chief Technology Officer at Prezzee, a position they have held since November 2019. Prior to joining Prezzee, Flanagan served as the Chief Technology Officer at Guzman y Gomez Mexican Taqueria from May 2017 to November 2019. In this role, they were responsible for delivering an amazing customer experience through innovative technology and an exceptional customer-obsessed team.

From February 2017 to May 2017, Flanagan was a Program Manager for Digital Transformation at Lendlease. In this role, they defined and implemented a Service Management framework, work management practices, and agile operating model and delivery practices. Aran also established the technology strategy for the CMS Service.

Flanagan spent six years at Macquarie Group, from August 2008 to October 2014, serving as the Division Director of Digital Strategy and Delivery. In this role, they defined and implemented technology roadmaps and solution delivery models to support Business strategy.

Prior to joining Macquarie Group, Flanagan worked as a Financial Services Consultant in the Asia Pacific region for Oracle from January 2004 to December 2008. Aran also served as the Head of Digital Technology at Vodafone Hutchison Australia from October 2014 to November 2016.

From January 2002 to December 2004, Flanagan was the Managing Director of Eontec Australia. In this role, they were responsible for the growth and development of the company. Prior to Eontec, Flanagan served as the Executive Online Banking at Commonwealth Bank of Australia from January 1995 to December 2002.

Aran Flanagan has a career in accounting and information technology. Aran is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Aran holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Information Technology) from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the same school. Aran also has a HSC from Christian Brothers High School Lewisham.

Their manager is Jamie Samaha, CEO. They are on a team with Lea Hyke - Head of Talent & Happiness, US/UK, Vinny Lawrenson-Woods - GM, Product Engineering, and Peter Durham - Chief Revenue Officer.
