Chris Conti

Chris Conti serves as Chief Innovation Officer at Production Resource Group, leading a team of 12 direct reports and up to 20 additional matrix reports in the research and development of proprietary lighting, audio, video, scenic, and camera equipment for a company that delivers 200 shows globally each day. Conti's extensive experience includes roles as Product Manager, National Operations Manager, and Crew Chief, contributing to the modernization and development of equipment assets valued over $1 billion. Notably, Conti has supported renowned artists such as Fleetwood Mac, Guns and Roses, and U2 on various tours, and began a career as a Vari-Lite Technician prior to joining Production Resource Group. Conti holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from Wittenberg University and has a foundational education from Bancroft.
