Paul C. serves as the Dept. Head of Video at Production Resource Group since March 2021, leading a team towards exceptional performance. With extensive experience in quality control and technical roles, Paul has held the position of QC Tech II - Video and QC Tech II - Projection at VER since May 2019, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and integrating new technologies. Additionally, Paul has been a Freelance Sound Engineer and Photographer at PCPixels, and previously worked as a Lead Encoding Operator / Audio Engineer at Deluxe Media Inc., where workflow methodologies for large projects were developed. Paul’s early career includes roles at Ascent Media and Sound One Corp., contributing expertise in audio engineering, archival processes, and equipment management. Paul’s formal education includes studies in Audio Engineering at the Institute of Audio Research and Bergen Community College.
