Anna Kagan

Anna Kagan has a diverse range of work experience in the field of information technology. Anna started their career as a Software Engineer at Gibbs Management Group in 1997 and subsequently worked at IBM as a Server Support Consultant. Anna then joined Geac (System21) as a Sr. Security Systems Engineer before moving to McAfee as a Lead QA Engineer and later to Internap Network Services as a Manager of Software Quality Assurance. In 2012, Anna joined ControlScan as the Director of Software Engineering and was responsible for building a software delivery process. Anna then worked at Ipswitch, Inc. as the Director of Software Quality Engineering and at Jaipur Living as the Director of Information Technology. In their role at Jaipur Living, Anna was responsible for driving digital transformation and overseeing various aspects of technology. Currently, Anna serves as the Director of Information Technology Infrastructure at PRGX Global Inc.

Anna Kagan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Georgia State University between 1994 and 1998. Anna also obtained several certifications, including MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) from Microsoft in 1999 and GSEC (Global Information Assurance Security Essentials Certification) from GIAC in 2003. Additionally, they acquired certifications in digital marketing and e-commerce, such as "From Likes to Leads: Interact with Customers Online," "Attract and Engage Customers with Digital Marketing," and "Foundations of Digital Marketing and E-commerce," from Google in 2023. Anna also completed a course in Digital Marketing & eCommerce from Coursera.
