Larry Maher

Larry Maher currently serves as the Head of Corporate Development and Strategy at PRGX Global Inc., responsible for business strategy, M&A activities, board presentations, performance management, strategic projects, and business process improvement since July 2025. Prior to this role, Larry worked as an Independent Consultant, evaluating technologies and end-use markets while creating a target list of acquisition opportunities. At Colonial Group, Inc., Larry held the position of Vice President of Strategy & Business Development, where comprehensive M&A processes led to multiple acquisitions amounting to $150M. Previous experience includes a Director role at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, and Vice President positions at The Aaron's Company and Colonial Group. Larry earned an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
