Wayne Bowen

Wayne Bowen currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Audit Operations at PRGX Global Inc. since January 2020, previously managing the Bentonville Audit Service Center. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of AR Recovery at Genpact, leading multiple service lines, and a significant tenure at Walmart where Wayne held various managerial positions, including Sr. Manager of Global Business Services and Manager II of Asset Protection, overseeing multimillion-dollar recovery operations and large teams. Wayne also worked at Environmental Waste Solutions, LLC, as Director of Account Services, focusing on account management and customer satisfaction. Earlier in the career, Wayne held several roles at Walmart, from Operations Manager to Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Loss Prevention. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from John Brown University.
