Tim Giddens, PE has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Tim started their career at Frito Lay in 1988, where they worked as a Project Manager/Mtc Supervisor until 1990. After that, they joined STERIS Corporation in 1991 and served as an Engineering Manager until 1996. Tim then took on the role of Director of Engineering at STERIS from 1996 to 2004, where they led Technical Operations for multiple sites and was responsible for various functional areas. From 2004 to 2012, Tim was the Director of Engineering and Planning at STERIS, where they successfully developed and marketed a portfolio of decontamination systems. Since 2012, Tim has been working at Progressive Recovery, Inc., initially as the Director of Engineering and currently as the Chief Operating Officer.
Tim Giddens, PE obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1982 to 1988. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis from 1993 to 1995.
