Олег Добранчук

Олег Добранчук is a seasoned Chief Commercial Officer with extensive leadership skills and significant management experience. They served as the Director of a branch at ООО "Укрмегабакс"/ООО "АРМ-Трейд" from 1995 to 2002, overseeing operations in central and northern Ukraine with a focus on wholesale pharmaceutical sales. They began their career as a Sales Manager at ООО "Медфарком" in 1994 and have held positions at Proxima Research since 2003, currently leading the sales department and serving as BU Head for Data & Technology in Ukraine since 2022. Oleg pursued management and leadership studies through a Pre-MBA program at the International Institute of Management (MIM-Kiev) from 2018 to 2019 and earned their medical degree in Pediatrics from the Odessa Medical Institute from 1988 to 1994.
