Ryan Farrell

Ryan Farrell serves as the General Counsel at Pricefx since January 2020, leading the Legal, Risk, and Compliance team to provide comprehensive advice across various matters supporting the company's growth and success. Prior experience includes roles as Associate General Counsel and Senior Counsel at Uptake from August 2017 to December 2019, where legal support was provided in corporate governance and strategy. Earlier, Ryan was a Technology and Intellectual Property Transactions Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from October 2013 to July 2017, advising on technology-related aspects of corporate transactions and M&A. Prior to that, Ryan gained experience as a Summer Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and as a Judicial Extern for The Honorable Judge Donald E. Machen. Ryan holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University and a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law.
