Alan House is a Senior Operational Effectiveness Manager and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with extensive experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologies. They have held key positions at companies such as Voya Financial, UnitedHealthcare, and Pratt & Whitney, where they successfully led process improvements and trained a significant number of employees in Lean management principles. Alan's career includes a background in the United States Air Force, where they focused on inventory management, and an educational foundation with a BS in Business, Accounting from Albertus Magnus College. Currently, they serve as the Sr Process Improvement Manager at Priceline, continuing to drive operational excellence.
