Benjamin Chen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Benjamin started their career as a System Administrator Intern at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they administered the university's domain and workstations and was involved in Java and web development. Benjamin then worked as a Technical Intern at Fidelity Investments before joining S&P Global Ratings as an Applications Administrator, where they played a key role in a Project Management System and managed a Six-Sigma BPM project. Benjamin then joined the NYC Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications as a PPM System Manager.
