Matthew Tynan

Matt Tynan is Chief Financial Officer at Priceline. In this role, Matt leads all finance initiatives, including accounting, transactional processing, reporting, financial planning and analysis, payroll and security. Matt joined priceline in 2000 as a Business Analyst and was promoted to Director of Financial Planning and Strategy in 2001.

In 2003, he was promoted to Vice President of Planning, Strategy & Analysis, and then promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance in 2008.
