Derrick Azcué is a results-driven Americas real estate professional with over 15 years of expertise in transactions, portfolio and asset management, client relations, and strategic consulting. They have held key roles at notable companies, including Prologis, EY, CBRE, HFF, and JLL, where Derrick focused on transaction execution and client advisory, delivering substantial cost savings and revenue growth. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Real Estate at PriceSmart, Derrick is leading site acquisitions and driving strategic expansions.
