Eric Morales

Eric Morales serves as the Director of IT - Point of Sale at PriceSmart since October 2021, managing a team of 20 specialists and ensuring quality service across the US, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Prior to this role, Morales held positions at L'Oréal, including Senior Manager of IT Retail Systems for the Americas and Manager of IT Retail Systems, where responsibilities included overseeing the implementation and upgrades of CEGID's Y2 POS application. Additionally, Morales worked as a Senior IT Associate at Christian Louboutin, leading the rollout of retail software across North America. Eric Morales earned a Bachelor’s Degree in French Language and Literature from Franklin & Marshall College in 2010.
