Lisa Gregory

Lisa Gregory is a Board Member at Pride at Work. Lisa was previously the UKI Network Services Technical Delivery Leader at IBM from January 2020 to September 2021. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end management of network delivery, operation, compliance, and commercials across Kyndryl's strategic outsourcing customer base within the UK and Ireland. This included supplier and service management of IBM's network providers, people management, compliance and regulatory management, service delivery management, commercial management and cost optimization, meeting delivery KPIs, and implementing agile working across the team. Prior to this, they were the UK Integrated Services Network Project Delivery Leader at IBM UK Ltd from September 2009 to January 2020, and Commercial Manager at IBM UK Ltd from January 1994 to December 2009. Before IBM, they worked as a Sales Executive at Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd from January 1991 to December 1994.

Lisa Gregory has a degree in business studies from the University of Humberside. Lisa also has certification from Kyndryl in leadership behavior, agile automation, and IBM in digital learning transformation and enterprise design thinking. Lisa is also an IBM Certified Senior Manager.
