Pride In Health is a trans led, not for profit healthcare service supporting trans, non-binary, and intersex adults (18+) across the UK to access gender affirming care.

Our clinical team offers structured, remote support including formal diagnosis assessments, prescribing support, blood test referrals and monitoring, and therapeutic services. We also provide harm reduction support for those self managing their care, recognising that many people are left without timely or appropriate access elsewhere.

This service exists because accessing care shouldn’t mean years of waiting, unaffordable costs, or having to justify your identity just to be taken seriously. As a trans woman, I built Pride In Health from lived experience, after navigating those same barriers myself, and seeing how often our community is let down by the systems meant to support us.

Everything we do is shaped by community feedback and guided by a commitment to safety, consent, and dignity. We’re here to offer care that feels human, affirming, and realistic about the world we’re navigating.
