Pride in the Port champions LGBTQIA+ wellbeing, education and culture across Newport and beyond. We organise a diverse range of events, including sober socials, LGBTQ+ book discussions, and film nights, aimed at creating safe, expressive venues for community engagement.

The highlight of our efforts is our annual (and always free) Pride celebration, a vibrant event that celebrates LGBTQIA+ culture, uniting our community in music, food and activities to celebrate our diversity and promote equality. Through our actions, Pride in the Port actively fosters a welcoming and supportive environment for all in Newport.

If you would like to get involved, please contact us using the queries form on this page, let us know your ideas help us work together to improve the lives of LGBTQIA+ individuals in our city.
