Mike Tharp

Mike Tharp is a Construction Superintendent at PRIM Construction, overseeing all aspects of ground-up tilt wall projects. They previously served as a Construction Superintendent at Bob Moore Construction, where they ensured project compliance with safety and quality control standards. Mike has a rich background in military service, including roles as an Aviation First Sergeant and Senior Aviation Maintenance Supervisor in the U.S. Army, effectively managing maintenance operations for helicopters and enhancing operational readiness rates. They also gained valuable experience in maintenance management and operational efficiency during their tenure at CETCO Oilfield Services.
