Primaire was born out of frustration. 

When James and Paige met 15 years ago, they were working in a large agency and had become sick and tired of poor processes and rushed hiring.

It just didn’t work. 

Instead, they focused on relationship-building and strategic hiring, areas they both excelled in.

Together, 3 years later, they decided to start their own business, Primaire Consulting.

Today, Primaire builds long-term hiring partnerships for engineering and manufacturing businesses across the UK, US, and Europe.

Predominantly helping sales, technical, operations and senior board-level professionals.

We strongly believe good hiring is deliberate. It requires time, trust, and the confidence to say no when something isn’t right. Our success is measured in retention, not filling roles.
