Primal is a global hybrid fitness race built on a fixed, repeatable format. Athletes compete across running and functional stations in a standardised sequence designed to be comparable across cities and seasons. 

Primal events are delivered as one-day race experiences and include solo and team divisions (including pairs and teams of three), with scalable categories to ensure accessibility without compromising movement standards. 

Beyond race day, Primal is building a year-round ecosystem across gym affiliations, qualifications, programming, and content—supporting progression pathways, repeat participation, and partner activation at scale.
