Mission: We design transformative systems that reconnect people—and their animal companions—to our primal roots.

Values: Rooted in transformation. Interdisciplinary by nature. Inclusive of all beings. Designed for living. Regenerative at the core.

Primal Roots is a healthspan-centered design company that bridges the critical gaps between architecture, behavior, and performance. Where traditional systems remain siloed—between design, medicine, wellness, and animal care—we integrate people, environments, and ecosystems for transformational outcomes.

We design and align the interface between built environments and human + animal vitality, creating streamlined, responsive systems that reflect your identity, values, and goals. Whether you're an individual, team, or organization, our work helps you reconnect with what’s primal—so you can grow from the roots up.

Our roots-up approach integrates:
• Identity-Aligned Healthspan Design: Transformative systems that bridge your environment, habits, and purpose to optimize long-term vitality.
• Performance Ergonomics + Environmental Optimization: Transforming home offices, studios, workspaces, and organizations into aligned environments that heal and elevate.
• Regenerative Lifestyle Architecture: Structured protocols for rest, stress resilience, and high-performance living.
• Behavioral Science + Habit Systems: Evidence-based strategies for sustainable transformation across personal and professional life.
• Inclusion of Animal Family Members: because our animal family deserve healthspan and vitality too.

We serve:
• Digital creatives, hybrid professionals, and high-performing executives
• Artists, athletes, and anyone committed to sustainable, high-impact living
• Organizations—from startups to schools, hospitality to healthcare
• Our animal companions and the people who love them

We help you reconnect with what’s primal—so you can grow from the roots up.

Let’s align who you are, how you live, and what you’re here to do.
